You cycle through Istrian country side to a local wine maker, olive oil producer or truffle hunter for a light lunch. After a delicious break you are good to go.
You continue your exploration of Istria with a motivated and informed guide. Tempo is adjusted to you, so don’t worry about lacking behind or not being able to take pictures.
Where ever you stop a van will come for you. Bringing you fresh clothes and transporting you and your bikes back to villa. A snack of local cheese, prosciutto and wine will be awaiting you at villa.
After you are relaxed and refreshed you will be taken to carefully picked tavern for some Istrian gourmet magic.
